US Family Health Plan - CHRISTUS Health is a TRICARE Prime option that is available to family members of active-duty military, retirees and their eligible family members in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. Eligibles of all ages can enroll, including persons 65 years of age and over. Members of the US Family Health Plan receive all the benefits offered by the TRICARE Prime program, plus premium advantages and features at no extra cost.
